HPE Engage & Grow at a glance

HPE Engage & Grow is an automated channel incentive program that rewards the sales teams of HPE distributors and resellers via Bonus Points for selling eligible HPE products & solutions and completing trainings.

These Bonus Points are converted into real monetary value that you can actually spend!

HPE E&G is a worldwide program, where we cover more than 100 countries across EMEA & APAC.

In EMEA, HPE E&G is divided into 4 key geographic regions - Central Europe, North West Europe, Southern Europe, UKIMEA, with over 80 participating countries.

Here’s how to be an eligible HPE E&G partner in EMEA:

  1. The company you registered in must be in eligible countries* and partnership tiers (Distributor and Reseller - Platinum, Gold, Silver, Business and Proximity)
  2. You must sell eligible HPE products and solutions
  3. You must have a HPE Partner Ready Portal (HPE PRP) account
  4. You must register and accept the HPE ENGAGE & Grow terms and conditions

Our portal is enabled with Single Sign-On (SSO) that gives easy access to all HPE applications with one set of credentials. To access HPE Engage & Grow (E&G), you must have an existing HPE Partner Ready Portal (PRP) account.

If you do not have an existing HPE PRP:

  1. Go to https://partner.hpe.com and click on ‘Register’ to access the registration form.
  2. Enter your work email with your company domain. A confirmation code will be sent to you from registration@hpe.com.
  3. Enter the confirmation code on the webpage and click ‘Continue’. Follow the instructions to complete your registration.

Once you have an HPE PRP account, you can proceed to create an HPE E&G account.

  1. Go to https://emea.engageandgrow.hpe.com/, click on the "Reseller/Distributor login button and login using your HPE PRP Credentials.
  2. Once you are logged in, click on the "No, I want to register as a new member button and you will be directed to the registration form
  3. On the HPE E&G registration form, check that your pre-filled information is accurate and fill in the rest of your details.
  4. Accept the Terms of Service and click "Submit"

The PPID is the legacy unique identifier for each HPE partner that has an existing sales transaction with HPE. HPE ENGAGE & GROW is still using the PPID to identify sales transactions to the partner. The ID typically contains alphanumeric characters, for example: 3-0AOC8-1.

The Party ID is the new unique identifier for each HPE partner and can be found on your HPE PRP account profile. The ID typically contains 10-digit numeric characters, for example: 1000012345

‘Bonus Points’ is a virtual HPE E&G program currency which can be converted into real value via any of the 3 ways*: HPE E&G Rewards card, Company Bank Account or Rewards Catalogue.

* You can view the eligible rewards mode corresponding to your profile once you register and log in to the portal.

Eligible HPE E&G resellers can earn Bonus Points (BPs) in three ways.

  1. By selling HPE products and services through authorized HPE Distributors, with points earned through regular and local incentives, depending on the region. These BPs accumulate each quarter and are awarded at the end.
  2. By completing available HPE and HPE Alliance & Technology partner trainings and quizzes, resellers earn BPs immediately that are transferable to a HPE E&G Rewards card, as well as attain e-certifications*.
    * Only available in selected trainings & GEOs
  3. By participating in special campaigns with unique rules, where claims must be submitted manually on the HPE E&G portal.

Top sales representatives also have the exclusive opportunity to join the HPE E&G Top Achievers Club, and win tickets for an overseas experience.

Bonus Points are automatically calculated based on eligible HPE Products & Services sold, completed trainings and special campaigns that come with special rules & actions.

Yes the Bonus Points do expire at the end of each incentive period (usually quarter), so do keep a lookout for the program announcement. Both the company admin and sales representatives have a 4-6 weeks period to complete the allocation and redemption of BPs. Once the period ends, the BPs will expire.

HPE Engage & Grow at a glance

There are 3 ways to redeem the Bonus Points (BPs), depending on the country and/or company that you registered in.

  1. HPE E&G Rewards Card: you will receive BPs allocated by your company admin into your account, in which you have to transfer into your HPE E&G Rewards Card
  2. Bank Account: you will receive BPs converted to cash transferred by your company admin directly into your bank account
  3. Rewards Catalogue: you can redeem BPs for rewards such as local digital gift cards or vouchers from a specially curated catalogue, that are unique to each participating country.

You can use on any global merchants that accept VISA, both online and in physical stores.

If you love to dine at your preferred restaurant or shop at your favorite store, you will need a physical HPE E&G Rewards Card.

To access the mobile app, you must have an existing HPE Partner Ready Portal (PRP) account and an HPE Engage & Grow account. Then, simply login with your HPE PRP credentials.

Yes, our mobile app is available for both Android and iOS devices. You can download the app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS). Simply search for HPE Engage & Grow app and follow the prompts to install it on your device.

Yes, you can log in to your account on multiple devices with your registered HPE Partner Ready Portal credentials. Whether you’re using your phone, tablet, or laptop, your Bonus points, sales transaction and profile information will sync seamlessly across all devices.

We work hard to make our app as stable as possible. Sometimes the app can crash due to lack of connectivity or other processes running on your device. To help us improve, we ask that you send us any crash reports. If you find that the app crashes regularly, we suggest you uninstall and re-install the app on your device.
