So what is HPE Engage & Grow about?

An automated channel incentive program that rewards HPE distributors and resellers via Bonus Points for selling eligible HPE products and solution. ‘Bonus Points’ can be converted into real value via the official HPE Engage & Grow Rewards Card or via your company bank account.

How to get started?

	The HPE ENGAGE & GROW Program is designed for HPE Silver, Business and Proximity Partners as well as authorized distributors in selected countries (and Platinum and Gold Partners in selected countries and with limitations). Partners who have received an invitation can take part in the HPE ENGAGE & GROW program.
	There are 3 ways to redeem Bonus Points (BPs), depending on the country and/or company that you registered in. HPE E&G Rewards Card Every registered sales representative need to apply their own Rewards Card to receive BPs. Company Bank Transfer The company admin will have to set up the company bank account Rewards Catalogue Redeem local digital gift cards or vouchers from a specially curated catalogue
	Start selling eligible HPE products and solutions available to your region and partner tier via Automated & Special Incentives every quarter, which can be found in the Product List
	Earn Bonus Points (BPs) by Selling HPE products and services through authorized HPE Distributors Completing trainings and quizzes from HPE and HPE Alliance & Technology partner. Participating in special campaigns Top sales representatives also have the exclusive opportunity to join the HPE E&G Top Achievers Club, and win tickets for an overseas experience. 	At the end of each HPE fiscal quarter, the company admin will receive instructions on how to allocate the Bonus Points (BPs). If rewards mode is HPE E&G Rewards Card The company admin is responsible for allocating BPs to each sales representative, who will transfer the received BPs to their HPE E&G Rewards Card. This BPs will be converted to cash value in the card. If rewards mode is Company Bank Transfer The company admin is responsible for transferring the earned BPs to the company bank account, which will be converted to cash value. The admin will transfer the cash value to reward the sales representatives. If rewards mode is Rewards Catalogue The sales representatives can redeem their BPs for rewards such as local digital gift cards or vouchers from a specially curated catalogue. In any scenario, if the deadline is passed, the earned BPs will be lost.
